Robert Dickie

Bob is currently the President of Crown Financial Ministries and is a versatile executive and consultant with a proven track record throughout his diverse military, business management, and non-profit career. His work has spanned several industries and included both high growth and turn-around environments for multiple companies.

Previously serving as a CEO for an international retail/training company, Bob worked with a great staff and spearheaded an action plan to help grow a Midwest focused business into an international business that more than tripled in size in five years. Prior to this, Bob served for over 6.5 years as a Captain in the United States Air Force in various assignments that led to extensive duty in Europe and Asia. As a Captain, he was hand-selected to be the personal Aide-de-Camp to General William Begert, Commander of the Pacific Air Forces. On many visits to Washington, D.C., he met with members of Congress and Pentagon officials. He was in daily contact with the highest levels of US Government, foreign militaries, and civilian and industry leaders. This invaluable experience and insight into the operation of industry and government at the highest levels would prove to be extremely valuable in his professional career.
