I love the short videos FastCompany.com creates. This one is only 3 minutes long but it is packed with some great information to start the week. Amber Mac does a great job and highlights, Xobni, a great service to add more functionality to your inbox. She also interviews Guy Kawasaki about his new book Enchantment which is fantastic by the way.
For the entrepreneurs out there I also recommend checking out Freshbooks.com. I use this for all my invoicing and have it hooked up to my PayPal account for quick payment service. Freshbooks.com is a free service that you can check out and later upgrade to a premium account if you need to. I need to give credit to this great find to my brother-in-law, Kevin Thompson, who uses this for his law practice and turned me on to it.
Finally, if you are looking for a unique finance software check out this new tech start-up that is gaining a lot of traction. My friend Scott Saunders started PayOff.com and this is an amazing FREE service that helps you organize your finances. Check out their board and leadership team. They are going after their second round of funding and I think this has huge potential. I am constantly amazed at how much free information and services are available to build a business.
